Pretend you’re James Bond and order yourself a vodka-martini (shaken, not stirred) before hitting the tables!

The Building & Amenities

The famous casino has been operated by the publicly listed company Société des Bains de Mer since 1898. Construction work started in 1858 and finished in 1863 with the best architects and artists of the late nineteenth century collaborating on the project. Charles Garnier, who had recently completed the Palais Garnier, or Paris Opéra, was designated head architect.

The iconic casino building houses some truly amazing rooms, most of which are very large and adorned with stylish and varied paintings of beautiful and elegant women. Within the halls of this building you also have access to numerous private (playing) rooms, as well as conference facilities aplenty.

The Casino de Monte Carlo is housed in the same complex as the Grand Théâtre de Monte Carlo, as well as the Monte Carlo Opéra & Ballet, where you can see many excellent shows.

The Casino de Monte Carlo also operates the modern Casino Café de Paris, American-style Sun Casino, and the Monte Carlo Bay Casino.
